We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standard. Every Mansamoo garment is a bespoke creation, handmade to order by our artisan partners in the UK.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your luxury loungewear arrives with any manufacturing defects or print errors, please contact our Client Services team at info@mansamoo.com within 14 days of receipt. We require clear photographs of the defect. Upon verification, we will swiftly arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Sizing and Change of Mind

Because each item is exclusively made to order specifically for you, we are strictly unable to accept returns or process refunds for standard changes of mind or incorrect sizing. We strongly encourage all clients to consult our detailed sizing guide prior to confirming a purchase to ensure a perfect, tailored fit.
